Established first Global Talent Acquisition function in a global luxury retailer. Redesigned and transformed the talent acquisition function in a non-profit healthcare organization; Results: improvement in average fill rate from 60 days in year 1 to 28 days in year 2; increase in quality of hire, as measured by conversion rate of seasonal to full-time sales professionals (46% increase in conversion rate year over year).

Additionally, participants reported a 20% increase in performance and a 15% increase in manager engagement year-over-year.
