​​Most recently, Tracy worked as a Senior Advisor at Culture Partners, where she provided coaching, consulting, and advising to C-suite leaders looking to create better alignment between organizational strategy, culture, and business results. 

 

Her previous corporate roles include the Chief Talent Officer at Kyndryl, the world's largest tech start-up following its spin from IBM; Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer for VNS Health, one of the largest not-for-profit home and community-based healthcare organizations in the U.S.; the Chief Talent Officer at Tiffany & Co, where she led a global HR and Talent Transformation in the three years prior to its acquisition by LVMH; SVP, Global Talent at MasterCard; Global Head of Talent at CA Technologies; and several VP roles at JPMorganChase.
