Coaching Experience

​My clients are regional and global leaders from individual contributor through Executive Vice President, including CEOs, CFOs, and CHROs. They work across multiple disciplines and industries, including operations, sales, customer support, legal, financial services, manufacturing, technology, healthcare, energy, retail, and more.

Over my 32-year tenure as a practitioner in corporate and not-for-profit organizations, I was privileged to coach hundreds of individuals to achieve measurable growth as individuals and leaders of teams and organizations. Year over year, they increased their self-awareness, developed greater leadership capability, and achieved higher levels of engagement and performance. Read about some of the results achieved.

Through these coaching engagements, I've helped clients navigate complex and ambiguous business challenges, achieve personal and professional goals, manage through career transitions, and improve management and leadership skills. Several clients have gone on to positions of increased scope and responsibility and leadership experience, including the Chief Executive Officer of a global software company.

Education & Certifications

​I am known for translating people science and formal academia into practical application. ​As a lifelong learner, I continue to grow through formal training and education, obtaining several degrees and certifications, including a graduate-level Coaching Certification from Columbia Teacher’s College; an Executive Masters in Social-Organizational Psychology and Change Leadership from Columbia University; a Human Capital Strategist (HCS) Certification; and I am an Agile HR Certified Practitioner, just to name a few.

Continuing to learn and grow with my peers is a priority. I've been privileged to participate in several invitation-only associations. These experiences allow me unfiltered access to the challenges and opportunities experienced by leaders and teams each and every day: Forbes’ Human Resources Council; Peer 150; i4cp CHRO Board; and Chief.

 

Advising, coaching, and consulting is a true passion. I love advising tech founders and CEOs who are exploring new products and launching leading edge solutions. And I am proud to give back to a community that has provided many incredible opportunities. I'm fortunate to be a member of Betterwork’s HR Advisory Council, as well as a Founding Member of Gartner’s Talent Management Advisory Board, and the Hacking HR Experts Council.
